infowindow doesn't open when clicking on point

Hi, up until the last few weeks, I could click on a point on a CartoDB map and the infowindow would pop up. Now clicking usually does nothing, and the infowindow will intermittently popup after a long delay. Double clicking the mouse causes it to zoom in. I'm using Chrome on Windows 7. The map is here:

(also atxfloods.com)

Thank you!

Hi Fernando, an update: the infowindow problem only happens on the internet connection at my office. All other connections (home cable modem, DSL, etc) work normally (i.e. you can click on a point and the infowindow pops up). I guess I need to contact the office IT staff. Do you have any suggestions on what I could ask? Could this be related to DNS or caching or something?

    Thank you!

    Hi again,

You should be able to open this url in your office, in order to be able to open the infowindows:

    http://sharedfews.cartodb.com/api/v2/sql?q=select%20description%2Ca...

If you can't access this url in your office, then yes, you should talk with your IT department to grant you access to that url.

Please, let us know if this solves your issue.

    Best,

    Hi Fernando,

I tried to open that link (Win7/Chrome) and get the following error. Does this mean my office is blocking the site?

    Thank you!

    502 Bad Gateway

The gateway received an invalid HTTP response or unexpected disconnect from the original server

Yeah, looks like that. I'd ask to your IT department. That url is needed for the infowindows to work.
